I love Newgrounds a lot. Despite it being pretty flawed, it is more freeing and more expressive. I would wish it wasn't so stringent on copyrighted music but at least they kindly warn you and aren't so dumb.

Plus, NG is proof that a small team of old men (and probably a woman) can create a beautiful site lasting near 30 years and not submit to oppression and advertiser friendly rules.
