In all seriousness, I hate propaganda shows like Velma.

Me too. But I don’t consider the Velma HBO Max series canon to the Scooby-Doo franchise. In other words the Real Mystery Inc. is still unmasking criminals disguised as monsters with their talking dog and the Velma HBO Max characters are just impostors doing a poor job at impersonating the Scooby gang.

Sort of. She’s a robot similar to GIR. She’s Tak’s robot assistant. She and Tak only appeared in the episode Tak the Hideous New Girl. Had the series continued it is assumed Tak would’ve been a recurring enemy of Zim.
