So it's more of a twisted blessing than a curse. This magic came about when the doll maker worked something of herself into the doll. So everyone who carries this doll can benefit from the blessing.

Unfortunately, with each doll the doll maker lost more and more of herself.

Alvaro is not central to the present day story, and plays such a brief (albeit important) role in the past that I have not yet finalized a design for him.

Not really. It is based on personal experiences but more geared towards telling a story about these characters rather than straight-up vent art. I loved how these images turned out and wanted to share them separately. Though I guess stuff like this could be me venting.
