So in short terms, a year ago, people in Portugal were against Pope Francis' visit because of the ridiculous amount of money the state was willing to spend on his welcoming ceremonies that they've been refusing to spend on basic needs that we've been begging decades for - and most importantly, the astronomical amount of cases of sexual abuse that the Church keeps denying.
