Be safe out there, it's a nut house

I feel the exact same way at times.

I'm very sorry that you are so worried. Well, we live in a world that is destructive (it takes less energy to destroy something than to create/build something).

Yes, I am aware of similar concerns. Maybe it will help if you ask yourself what you can change or improve about the situation. Yes, people are fundamentally destructive, and the logic is mostly just learned. But even if there is a lot of hate out there, and what some people do is super toxic, there is still good in everything.

Maybe it will help to recharge your batteries and surround yourself with friends who are good for you

The world may be destructive and scary, but remember one thing. You're still alive to talk about how scary it is. Other people in your position, would have either given up on life or at the very least others would drive them away for trying. However, you've managed to make through a lot of things in your own life, to allow you to keep going. Part of why I was so depressed was because I was trying to find a purpose in life. I finally found mine after years of searching, but rather than simply move forward, I try to leave behind examples along the way, so they won't be too far behind. My music has improved, my storytelling is getting better, I'm discovering scary but cool things about the world and to top it off, things I never asked for but like, are coming to me one part at a time.

Once I noticed my own discoveries the world made a lot more sense for me. Maybe try to find yours, you never know. Ask about your heritage, ask about your home's history, even the bad stuff has a lot of stories to tell back then, but there are a lot of good things that happened back then too that made the bad stuff great. For example, WWII may have been a terrible war, but it was one of the things that help put a stop to the Great Depression. I would soon take my chances running from Nazi gunfire than to have to live a life of poverty where the only thing that keeps people alive is a peanut butter and onion ration. In my case, while there was a lot of bad stuff in my town, I was able to discover some Diamonds in the rough. People with interesting histories from knowing famous voice actors back when both were kids. A woman whom went through Hell, but became stronger for it. Hell I even met a guy that was a Special Effects technician for the James Woods Classic, Videodrome. And while the bad stuff did wear me down, I was able to make it through. If I can, so can you. I have faith in you, because you never stopped having faith in me, even when things seemed down. You are a true friend and I will never forget that.

You and a few others in my life got me out of a deep dark personal Hell. I would not leave without pulling others out with me.

although i have improved, thank you so much. for me, i try to see the good things i sitll have. and when i cant, i try to make posts like these or vent art to release emotions.

@KhaosKitsune617 It's good. Nice to know you're improving. My motto is "I'm not happy unless you're happy." I try to live by that example, it's not always successful, but whenever it is, marvelous things happen. Myself I spent a whole chunk of my life trying to help as many people as I can and people have tried to help me in their own ways, whether I was accepting it or not. Hell, Light Harmony exists, because you once asked me to lighten up on my dark music and while I did defend why I do it, I did take the matter into consideration and try to make my own version of lighthearted characters, while still balancing out what I was feeling. I had no idea, that it would get as far as making stories about them, but it worked for me. You deserve a lot of credit for that.
