i've been struggling with painful thoughts about the past and old flash animations. i was looking at some old flashes and old games on newgrounds and old social sites like myspace and sheezyart from the wayback machine, and wish that i was able to post fun stuff at the time. i know i would be insulted but i can handle it, there were always trolls. but i honestly wish i could enjoy the web around 2003-2014. seeing all the creativity, the silliness, the edginess, and the humor... i don't know how i should feel.

hell, i get pretty angry when people say they miss the creativity of the past. it's more of a catharsis than any hatred. i wish i could accept how reality is. i honestly have issues with the concept of media aging well as well.

plus, regarding ai, i feel upset when people discuss it, mainly as like a catharsis as well, but also because i feel like it's just not going to do anything useful

since school has just opened for me, i won’t be using newgrounds/discord nearly as much. i need to focus more on school/homework nowadays, and i need to avoid getting bad grades, so activity will be low. art trades and requests closed except for an art trade i am currently doing with somedoodles.
